Shipping

Order processing time

We aim to process all orders within 3 working days of receiving your payment confirmation.

Shipping method

We offer Royal Mail 48-hour tracked shipping for all UK orders. We estimate delivery within 5 working days after order processing.

Shipping cost

  • Shipping within the UK is currently free. A small fee applies to European and International shipping.

International shipping

We ship within Europe and internationally using a Royal Mail tracked service. We estimate delivery within 10 working days after order processing.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or lost shipments

Franc James is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance. For lost shipments, please contact us at franc.james@francjames.com

Refunds

Refund conditions

To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom-made ties are exempt from being returned unless they are faulty.

Refund process

Contact our customer service team at franc.james@francjames.com to initiate the refund process. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you on the return process and provide you with a unique refund reference number.

Refund timeframe

Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly process your refund. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund method

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase. If your original payment was made through Stripe, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the refund process and place a new order.
