Refund Policy

We hope you are pleased with your Franc James purchase. If something is not quite right, we aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In their original condition
• In their original packaging

Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
